S 300/ 350 Offline Sheeting Shrink Sleeves
The Polly Automatic S300/350 is a high-speed offline sheeter that cuts rolls of seamed shrink sleeves into individual sleeves for packaging lines that use pre-cut labels. A servo-driven guillotine cuts the sleeves to length, and a SICK registration sensor aligns each cut with the printed artwork. Polly lists registration accuracy of ±0.2 mm (±0.008 in.) and a maximum sheeting speed of 500 sleeves per minute.
The S300/350 can add easy-tear lines and horizontal or vertical perforations in the same pass, with a rated maximum of 300 sleeves per minute when perforating. The discharge conveyor collects finished sleeves in batches. As a standalone machine, it lets converters schedule sheeting separately from printing and seaming, so they can finish rolls as orders require.
