PI330 Laser cutting machine

The Polly PI330 Laser Cutting Machine brings digital cutting to label finishing without conventional cutting dies. Featuring a 300-watt CO₂ laser and CCD camera automatic job changeover, it offers flexibility for changing label shapes and repeat lengths. The machine accommodates web widths up to 340 mm (13.39 inches), with a maximum laser cutting width of 330 mm (12.99 inches).

The PI330 combines web guiding and laser cutting with waste removal, razor slitting, automatic sheeting, and rewinding. Polly also lists film lamination and cold foil within its finishing capabilities. Unwind and rewind capacities reach 700 mm (27.56 inches) in diameter, supporting roll handling through the finishing process. Cutting speed depends on the material and pattern.
