M420 Plus HYBRID LABEL FINISHING MACHINE

The Polly M420Plus Hybrid Label Finishing Machine combines printing, decoration, lamination, and die cutting in one integrated line. Its multifunction flexographic station supports printing, varnishing, cold foil, and UV lamination, with semi-rotary operation for spot varnish applications. Servo-driven hot stamping with a foil saver system and registered two-layer lamination provide additional capabilities for producing decorated and multilayer labels.

The M420Plus features servo-driven semi/full rotary die cutting, automatic second-pass registration, and waste rewinding. Finished material can be rewound or directed to a servo-driven vacuum belt collection system for in-mould labels. A movable touchscreen, web guiding, and servo tension control help operators manage the finishing process, making the M420Plus a flexible platform for converters expanding their label production capabilities.
