Slitter 440mm Paper & shrink sleeve materials.
HSS440 is a developed version of a well-known slitter/rewinder
HI440 is installed all over the world in many variants. It is dedicated
to the inspection and control of shrink-sleeve labels. Machine control is
conducted by a microprocessor controller with a 7-inch color touch display
placed on the movable panel. HSS440 is driven by an asynchronous main
motor with servo control. Horizontal nearly 1m long inspection table
with movable splice line and pneumatic clamps and additional rewinder of
wastes placed above the table enable making web’s amendments. Thanks
to the special systems installed, HSS440 can do longitudinal perforation of
shrink sleeves and can also control the gluing quality. The machine is equipped
with an automatic slitting unit. Thanks to the double-shaft servo-driven
rewinder with an oscillator, there is a possibility of oscillatory rewinding
of shrink sleeve materials.
