The Die Cutting Station includes a Magnetic Cylinder 220T, servo-driven die-cutting cylinder, and automatic pressure system. It supports off-line in-register die-cutting at up to 120 meters per minute. Optional features include a hydraulic pressure readout and semi-rotary die-cutting.
The dFlex inkjet system (250mm, 330mm) is perfect for small volume orders, efficiently handling variable data and images. It supports four colors plus white, with speeds of 20 to 70 meters per minute. Combining inkjet and flexo technology, it enables seamless label printing, coating, and converting.
Metas 2-SERIES® + 330mm Laser die cutting offers high precision and accuracy, allowing for intricate designs. It reduces waste and requires less maintenance compared to traditional methods. Additionally, it can cut a wide range of materials without physical contact.
