Rietstack IRS Modular Automatic Rotary Cutting Machine with High Pile Stacker. 330mm,440mm,520mm, 560mm,760mm The IRS MODULAR is designed for die-cutting labels and stacking IML, BML, board, and paper up to 1 meter long. Key features include a 1200 mm unwinder and an automatic die-cut pressure system.

The Rietstack Non-Stop Stacker (330mm, 440mm, 520mm, 560mm, 760mm) features a servo-driven delivery conveyor for efficient handling of regular-shaped sheets. It accommodates various production needs and optimizes space with its overlapping sheets section.

The Die Cutting Station includes a Magnetic Cylinder 220T, servo-driven die-cutting cylinder, and automatic pressure system. It supports off-line in-register die-cutting at up to 120 meters per minute. Optional features include a hydraulic pressure readout and semi-rotary die-cutting.

The dPack digital press (250mm, 335mm, 520mm) is ideal for small volume orders, efficiently handling variable data and images. It offers production speeds of 20 to 120 meters per minute and ensures a fast turnaround for printed papers, films, and packaging substrates.

The dFlex inkjet system (250mm, 330mm) is perfect for small volume orders, efficiently handling variable data and images. It supports four colors plus white, with speeds of 20 to 70 meters per minute. Combining inkjet and flexo technology, it enables seamless label printing, coating, and converting.
