The Polly SH370/420/520 Automatic Sheeting Machine converts roll-fed label material into individual sheets, combining unwinding, web guiding, slitting, and sheeting with conveyor delivery. Its automatic sheeting system recognizes different cutting lengths without repositioning the sensor, helping simplify job changes. With published speeds up to 300 cuts per minute and sheet lengths from 10 to 1,000 mm, the series offers flexibility for a wide range of label finishing requirements.
Servo-driven feed and sheeting units work with automatic tension control and eyemark registration to support consistent cutting. Features include an ultrasonic web guide, a splicing table with clamp, six razor slitting blades, a 3-inch unwind air shaft, and automatic stopping at the end of the roll. A touchscreen interface, sheet counting, and belt conveyor delivery help operators manage production and collect finished sheets efficiently.
