M370 / 420 / 520 MULTI-FUNCTION LABEL CONVERTING

The Polly M370 Multi-Function Label Converting Machine brings printing, varnishing, cold foil, UV lamination, and die cutting together in one flexible finishing line. Its multifunction flexo station supports a range of decorative and protective finishes, including spot varnish in semi-rotary mode. One-touch switching between semi-rotary and full-rotary operation allows converters to adapt the machine to different job requirements.

Servo-driven tension control, web guiding, and automatic registration help maintain consistent material handling through finishing and die cutting. Quick-removal ink cassettes and a movable touchscreen make setup and operation convenient, while waste removal, slitting, and rewinding complete the production workflow. Available through Metas, the M370 gives label converters a versatile platform for expanding finishing capabilities and producing value-added labels.
