D330 ROTARY / SEMI-ROTARY DIE-CUTTING MACHINE
The Polly D330 Rotary/Semi-Rotary Die-Cutting Machine combines die cutting, waste removal, and rewinding in one label finishing line, with optional slitting for a complete roll-to-roll workflow. One-touch switching between semi-rotary and full-rotary modes gives converters flexibility to handle different production requirements. Servo-driven tension control and ultrasonic web guiding help maintain consistent material handling throughout the finishing process.
Designed for straightforward operation, the D330 features an automatic registration system and a movable touchscreen interface for convenient setup and control. Optional shear-knife or razor-blade slitting allows the machine to be configured around the customer’s requirements. Available through Metas, the D330 offers a practical finishing solution for converters seeking flexible die cutting and integrated roll finishing.
