Lesko CS380 – description
Lesko CS380 is a compact finishing machine prepared for long-term and stable work with preprinted materials. Machine can be used for:
✓ die cutting in rotary and semi-rotary mode
✓ laminating (linerless)
✓ slitting
✓ precise rewinding
Machine is driven by AC motor. Machine’s control is conducted by microprocessor controller equipped with color 10’’ panel with touchscreen placed on movable arm. Software includes memory for saving of machine’s settings. Standard machine includes:
• optic labels counter with automatic slow down and stop
• electronic current meters counter with automatic slow down and stop
• daily current meters counter and counter of made rolls
• total counter for bath production (labels or meters)
• total counter of finished mother rolls
• precise adjustment of the tension on the unwinder and rewinder
• electronic correction of the tension on the unwinder according to roll’s diameter
• sensor of the roll’s end with automatic slow down and stop
• remote diagnosis and service via Internet
• set of necessary tools for machine’s use
